Extension of Petroleum Terminal and Marine Terminal
DORSCH CONSULT was charged with the design and construction supervision of extensions to the existing petroleum terminal and marine terminal at Sri Racha, in order to permit the dual capability of offloading crude and fuel oils, as follows.
Petroleum Terminal
- 4 x 70 000 m³ new floating roof tanks (crude/ fuel oil)
- 2 x 35 000 m³ new floating roof tanks (gasoline/ jet fuel)
- extension of existing pumping station plus new pipelines and manifolds
- rail wagon crude oil unloading station with heated line to supply Thaioil refinery in Sri Racha
- new truck loading facilities (16 loading arms) with pumping station and pipelines
- new control building
- installation of automatic tank gauging system throughout tank farm (17 tanks)
- automatic operational control
Marine Terminal
- 1 x 70 000 m³ floating roof tanks (naphta)
- 1 x 8 000 m³ floating roof tanks (natural gasline/NGL)
- new pumping station for naphta
- new pumping station for NGL
- new 24" line from jetty to naphta tank
- new liquid petroleum gas/LPG pumping station in gas separation plant in Rayong
- automatic operational control
